All of my Colour Analysis and Style Consultations are held at my private studio on the outskirts of Norwich, Norfolk. The studio is located in the garden of my home and offers a private, cosy and relaxing consultation space.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours of notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the full price of the service you have booked. Exceptional circumstances will of course be considered - you can contact me directly to discuss this. You can reschedule your consultation via your confirmation email to another date that suits you. If you cancel your consultation and choose not to rebook, your deposit cannot be refunded.

Yes! We offer combined consultations where we deep dive into both colour and style. These sessions are 5.5-6 hours long so you can book it as one long session or you can get your colours done first and then book to come back for a style consulation.

Yes, I have on-street parking available outside my home, and a permit is not required.

I offer NHS discount of 10% - valid NHS ID will need to be shown on the day of consultation. No other discounts are available.

Deposits will be taken at the time of booking and are non-refundable. You are however able to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, and transfer the deposit, if required. 

At colour analysis consultations I do record small parts of the process, and I will take before and after photos of each client. This helps me to identify all of my clients I have seen, and to remember what their season is! Most importantly, I keep a confidential record of all of my clients, along with their given consent or if they have chosen to decline consent or sharing their photos and videos across my social media platforms. Every client is asked for their consent, and there is no obligation to agree to the sharing of your photos and videos. My clients' confidentiality is always prioritised, and taken seriously. 

I offer redraping consultations for anyone who has had their colours done and would like them checked. For some, it might be that a lot of time has passed since they previously had their colours done, and those colours might not be quite as complementary anymore. Or, if you've had your colours done recently, but something still doesn't feel quite right - come and see me for a redrape, and I can address your concerns, and together we will find your season and very best colours.
